The Parent-Teacher Organization is a vital link of communication between the home and school. This important group promotes goodwill and cooperation within the school community. Through volunteer efforts, fundraisers, and other activities, the P.T.O. gives support to the faculty and principal and provides special programs and materials for the school children.
Parents are urged to join and take an active part in the P.T.O. Some of the many ways to volunteer include participation in the Everybody Counts Program, Hospitality, After-School Programs, Playground volunteer, Magazine Drive, and Campbell's Soup Labels Program to name just a few.
General Assembly meetings are usually held four times per year.
PAC, St. Columban's newest committee, was formed with the goal of building and spreading positive attitudes throughout the school. This committee organizes the Student of the Month Program, Academic Honors Recognition, Random Acts of Kindness recognition, and Spirit Days.
