PRE-K REGISTRATION
Thank you for your interest in St. Columban School. We are excited to begin the registration process for our Class of 2035! We celebrate nearly 100 years of academic excellence providing a challenging, value-centered education, and are eager to support you in your role as the primary educator of your child.

Completing the registration forms is the first step in the admission process for your child. You may download the PDF forms in the top right corner and submit at our Open House or to the school office beginning January 26th.
Registration Forms
Bring in your completed forms to the school office on or after our Open House event on 1/26/25. Emailed forms may be sent beginning 1/27/25.
Screening Fee
Bring a screening fee of $30 to the office (checks made payable to St. Columban)
Birth Certificate
Bring your child’s original birth certificate (a copy will be made and the original returned)
Baptismal Certificate
Bring your child’s original Baptismal Certificate (a copy will be made and the original returned). If baptized at St. Columban, the certificate is not needed.
