Welcome to Junior High! In 7th and 8th grade, you will learn to step-up your reading game as we practice and refine our critical thinking skills with a variety of fiction, drama, poetry, and non-fiction texts. Some example texts include Tuck Everlasting, The Outsiders, The Giver, To Kill a Mockingbird, A Christmas Carol, The Landlady, The Tell-Tale Heart, The Hitchhiker, Sorry, Wrong Number, and so many more.

 

In 7th grade social studies, you will explore America's history and learn how these historical events and important people impacted and shaped our nation.
